Women suffer more from bad sleep than men

A study was conducted in Australia on more than 744 patients for two years. It has been shown that women are more prone to restless nights, due to poor morale, irritability, work-related fatigue, depression.

In fact, more than 49% of women have a disturbed sleep, compared with 39% of men.

The consequences are problems of concentration during the day, to memorize well.

Women are also more sensitive to the snoring of the spouse and are the ones who ask the other most to leave the room.

A similar study in the US show the same results.

In France, 54% of French people think that their sleep is not enough. Women would only sleep an average of 6 hours per night.
