Is it possible to mount an iSCSI on Windows Server without formatting ?

An iSCSI drive that has been formatted originally has a file system and can be therefore easily mounted by all the systems with the ability to connect to a file system.

A iSCSI drive is similar to most of the block storage, and physical disks, like USB, SATA and SAS.
