AMD Zen+ vs AMD Zen performance comparison

Here is a comparison of the performances of the current generation of AMD Zen with the previous one, namely Zen+ vs Zen. Knowing that only a part of Zen+ will be released during this first half of the year. The rest, i.e. Ryzen Threadripper built on 12 nm, will be launched in the second half of the year.
