AMD Ryzen CPUs performance per dollar

Here is a profitability ranking of all AMD Ryzen processors. To elaborate this we took the average performance of single core and multi-core of the last 250 results on Geekbench 4 and we calculated the value in points for each dollar spent. Higher it is, better it is. Profitability is in green on the graph below.

If you want a processor to just surf the web, do text processing, play small video games, then the AMD Ryzen 3 1200 seems appropriate.

On the other hand, if you want something more advanced to play recent games, edit images, video, make advanced calculations, pack office with significant tasks, without breaking the bank, then the AMD Ryzen 7 1700 is probably a very good choice.
